Mark as Useful Beware anyone that gets tangled in the web of "payday loans" because this is what you get. A non-english speaking asian claiming to be in federal law enforcement calling employers past and present, co-workers, friends, and family to advise them you have taken their personal information and are being prosecuted. It's a lie. If true, they come and get you. They don't call around. "Adam"..clearly not his real name...is commiting a felony and needs to be prosecuted both criminally, and in civil court. He wants money but cant seem to tell what lender it's owed to. Do yourself a favor and stay away from payday lenders. If you need some cash that fast rob a liquor store or bank instead. The consequences would be far less painful and applied far more fairly. If Asian Adam calls, HANG UP!

Mark as Useful scam - they are asking for money, saying I owe them money. They are calling from India using American names and threatening law suits. I don't owe anyone any money. They are scammers, look out.

Mark as Useful This person tries to get you to put a security system in your yard and when you refuse you get robbed in the next few days without a trace, I believe they ask info in order to figure out your security system in order to rob you.

Mark as Useful prestige resort exchange is timeshare sales fraud. they tell you they have an offer to buy a timeshare you are trying to sell. they tell you they have cash. they get your cc number and signatures and then you are stuck fighting the bill with your credit card. they are very tricky. please report them to the federal trade commission and your state's attorney general right now! take the time to help fight elder fraud and timeshare fraud.
